Fountain Residences Anguilla

Great place to stay and was very quiet. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Prudence checked us in when we got there and was very friendly/helpful. Shoal Bay is beautiful and a very short walk away. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This was our 3rd monthly visit to Fountain. The units are very comfortable especially the bedding! Prudence is a special person, always willing to help you out with a smile on her face! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and it is a 3 minute walk to Shoal Bay, the prettiest beach on Anguilla! We will return!

Rooms were so spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc although I prefer the restaurants close by such as the Artisan. Staff were so helpful with my many questions and helped plan my days. Pool area was perfect- quiet and beautiful. Loved the views and the walk to the beach. Will be back for sure.

Fountain Residences is tucked up into the far end of the best beach on Anguilla. In the morning walk 5 minutes down the path that opens up onto spectacular Shoal Bay. The property is beautifully landscaped. The staff are welcoming and the rooms are spacious with great balconies

The Fountain was an exquisite oasis of calm and beauty. As this was our first time in Anguilla, discovering the Fountain was pure serendipity after booking through their website. Upon arrival we realised it far surpassed our imagining. The interiors are island contemporary, thoughtful and bright; wonderful beds, fresh linens, plush towels and beach towels, (lotions, soaps and shampoo, 5-Star!) along with complimentary tickets for chaise lounges and umbrellas at Tropical Sunset-all inspired joy. The beach is exquisite and everyone is welcoming and kind. We were over the moon with this true find!
Sherri, Prudence, Merlyn and Pablo went to every length to insure comfort and happiness. The Tamarind room with a balcony to the sea was lovely with divine sunsets. The Fountain and beaches of Shoal Bay and the Malakh spa beach massages were all fragrant reminders that we truly were in paradise. We remain grateful for our time at the Fountain and feel blessed beyond that we found such a haven! Dreaming of our return.

Beautifully maintained property with spacious and comfortable suites. The beds are heaven. Lovely pool and staff are the best! Great location, private for Guests and easy access to beach and gorgeous Shoal Bay. No disappointments here!

Awesome penthouse sweet. Has a full kitchen. Grat view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach with several restaurants just a walk away.

Beautiful condos with lush gardens, beautiful rooms and pool. Just a short walk to Shoal Bay village and beach. Right next to Zemi beach resort where you can go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Zemi is gorgeous and it is a treat to be able to enjoy their dining room. The beach is stunning.

Located within walking distance to Shoal Bay beach and there is a nice trail to the beach. Many of the rooms have nice ocean view. Great condos with nice pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get free use of beach lounge recliners & umbrellas at Tropical Sunset for each day of your stay.

This place is way overpriced for the location. We love Anguilla, but looked here and went elsewhere

Clean property, nice vegetation, close to the beach, hotels and restaurants. Upgraded rooms with flat screen tv nice coach in sitting area. Modern showers and plush king size bed.

Wow great place. Can't beat it for the price. Walk down the pebbly road to the beach. Then right turn to beach bars etc.

Good price decent hotel.then you go next door and wish you paid extra to stay there. Management is very very accommodating here, so not terrible, just much better amenities near by.

Insensitive and unreliable company
After Hurrican Irma (and the effects of María in the supplies and the already damaged infrastructures) I've tried to cancel my stay at Fountain Residences, and I got a very standardized response saying that, despite the extraordinary circumstances, they apply anyway their standard cancellation policies.
They have not been clear in the response as the representative writes me that the property will be open for business in November while the owner company has published that they won't be accepting new guests until January the 8th -and this is just an early estimate-. Difficult to say as they are one of the few properties with no pictures of the situation after Irma.
When I rose that it is not even certain when SXM will be accepting commercial flights and under what conditions -it has been commented by public officials that the number of flights may be limited according to the hosting capacity of the island- the suggestion is to fly through another airport, something that is even more complicated when you fly from Europe.
Most of the hotels and properties in the Island are refunding the reservation deposits (and creating goodwill, something important in the hospitality business).
Over 30% of the money this company refuses to refund is related to items as Taxes, Daily Government Levy, Checkout cleaning, CSA Damages waiver, Resort fee and Trip insurance - useless-.
In the end, they will keep my money in any case, and after this response, I'll certainly not think about this property whenever travelling to Anguilla will be possible under reasonable circumstances.

Fantastische locatie, 2 minuten lopen van een van de mooiste stranden ter wereld. Shoal beach. Cassandra, de manager wil alles voor jou doen om het verblijf tot een heerlijke vakantie te maken.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will book taxi or ferry or find deals for you. Their rooms need updating though, cosmetic, new pots & pans, repair dish washer and to use separate outlet, repair water in refrigerator or shut it off completely, need more hot water for showing on those cold windy days.
