Serenity Cottages

We came here for work (pilots) after arriving at the airport. Overall it was ok. The good things were that it was spacious, had a decent kitchen, and a patio. However the internet was intermittent, the air conditioning did not work well, and some of the rooms did not have water pressure in the shower. The rooms were not particularly clean when you looked closely. Things like the stove, blender etc were not cleaned well.

The location was alright. The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants on Shoal Beach, but there is nothing else close by. If you don't have a car you are stuck at one of the restaurants nearby, and will likely overpay.

As far as options on the island in this price range there are few. Anything nicer we looked at was in the $500 range before taxes (Which are VERY SIGNIFICANT on this island). Because of the comparatively reasonable price, I would probably stay here again, but would not really enjoy it.

Loved the restaurant and its convenient location. Jackie did an excellent job even though we were usually the only ones there. Views were amazing and absolutely the best part. Beach was also clean and quiet. Rarely saw anyone else unless they were walking the length of the beach.

We had an amazingly Fresh and Delicious dinner tonight at Serenity Restaurant! Anguilla is full of these little Gems all over the Island! Hands down this should be added to the list of must try places to dine! Staff was super friendly and professional! We had the grilled Lobster meal and also the Grilled snapper meal. Both dinners were phenomenal!

Unfortunately the water is full of seaweed, the palms are broken and nobody collects the garbage on the beach. The hotel and restaurant is overpriced and almost empty. Our room is spacy and very quiet, surrounded by a nice garden. Beautiful Shoal Bay with crystal clear water is in walking distance. The next time we would choose a hotel there.

Affordable place to stay within walking distance (5-10min) from Shaol Bay beaches and main area

Beautiful location on Shoal Bay with a pristine private beach. It is incredibly peaceful. Rooms are large and staff is very friendly. On site restaurant is good, but pricy.
